Chef’s Apprentice

We are looking to take on a chefs apprentice to become part of our busy kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have a real passion for cooking and is looking for a long term career in the hospitality industry.

We are ideally looking for someone who has recently finished education or has some experience of working in a kitchen. The position offers full onsite training and the potion to combine their work with gaining qualifications such as NVQ level 2 and 3 in cooking though a National Apprenticeship scheme.

Hotel Assistant
We currently have an opening for a full time Hotel Assistant, working in all aspects of Hotel  and Hospitality management. Full training will be provided; previous experience in the hospitality industry is beneficial but not necessary. We are looking for someone who is looking for a long term career in the industry.
